The seminar offers an exciting and profound insight into societal trends 2012/2013 in the context of "Shopping". It sheds light on the areas of fashion, textiles, design, interior, architecture, colours and materials.
In future, shopping needs to develop into a trip within our inner selves in order to satisfy the consumers' complex needs and wishes. It will require completely different store environments and shopping mentalities. Products need to be addressed in a truly innovative manner to reach the consumer on another, more private level.
Apart from form and content it becomes increasingly important to develop and realize an appropriate concept, to design the interior, to direct a film, to choose the right music, to offer additional services, to customize products, to host special events and to understand the customers' psyches.
