Because now, after Andrej Pejic this time Susie Bick, top model and Nick Cave´s wife will enkindle the lights of the Christmas tree.

Susie Bick was discovered by Steven Meisel at age 14. Born in Chesire in 1969 to a diplomat father, she spent her childhood in Malawi and Nigeria. Bick worked a lot with the best international fashion photographers such as David Bailey, Dominique Isserman, Guy Bourdin, Helmut Newton and Sarah Moon. She became recognized for her iconic photograph, "Susie Smoking" by Nick Knight, shot for Yohji Yamamoto and worked extensively with Vivienne Westwood for ten years. She gave up modeling in 1997 when she met musician Nick Cave whom she married in 1999 and who is the father of her twin boys.

On November 14, Erin comes to Parndorf to enkindle the lights of the Christmas tree at the Christmas Late Night Shopping of McArthurGlen Designer Outlet and hand over a cheque for the benefit of Licht ins Dunkel.

As a pretaste of 13 festival for fashion & photography the nominated designers for the fashion awards of the BMUKK and the City of Vienna will present a selection of their collections. We are looking forward to catch a glimpse of the great collections of Raffaela Graspointner, Markus Binder und Emil Beindl as well as Femme Maison and BRADARIC OHMAE already one week before the festival starts on November 20. And of course we hope that you are curious, too and come to Parndorf!
