It has been more than 20 years since the fall of the Iron Curtain and Vienna has since come to be surrounded by a few cities more. Vienna is first of all no longer located on the outskirts of Europe but at the centre of cities and their art scenes which despite everything remain a sort of mystery to most of us.

But that does not mean it has to stay like this: the spike Art Guide East was released in early May, making it easier than ever before to get to know the cities east of Vienna.
