Unit F  büro für mode ARCHIVE   ECONOMOY   PROJECT   SUPPORT   INFORMATION PROJECT PROMOTION   AWARDS The section Unit F ~SUPPORT provides - in cooperation with a national jury - direct funding for designers twice a year (spring and fall). These grants are appropriated for shows, exhibitions, web-presentations, publications, participation at international shows and projects etc. In addition to that, Unit F büro für mode is also awarding the following prizes: Modepreis der BKA-Kunstsektion (Fashion Award of the BKA-Art Section, for upcoming talent) will be awarded in the form of a scholarship/apprenticeship with an international designer for one year. Modepreis der Stadt Wien (Fashion Award of the City of Vienna) will be awarded as a combination, including the partaking at an international fashion festival or fair and a complete dotation of EURO 10.000,00. Unit F Preis für internationale Presse und Verkauf (Unit F International Agency Award for Press and Sales) This award consists of the arranging for an international press and/or sales agency and the assumption of the agency's fee for two years. The awards given by Unit F ~SUPPORT are not only meant to show recognition, but they are also combined with specific measures to enable further important advance of the designers' career. In order to give designers ranging from upcoming to professionally working the possibility to apply for the different awards, they are positioned on different levels. The awards will be decided on by an international jury once a year.
