The workshop of the venerable showmaker, which was founded in 1816, is an architectonic treasure where every work flow is manually executed. Today, Markus Schweer runs the shop in its 7th generation: innovatively but in harmony with its heritage. Totally new are the areas “Scheer-Schusterei”, where all leather products can be brought in for repairing or maintaining, and the “Scheer-Raum”, which over two levels functions, on the one hand, as a showroom for the new accessories and on the other hand, on a couple of days per month, as shoe service station with breakfast in the morning and snacks for lunch.

Andreas Eberharter, who was born in Tyrol, approaches jewelry design from the angle of a sculptor.
In his new studio in the 3rd district he is creating his unique and exciting pieces by using material that is unusual in the goldsmith’s art like aluminum or acryl glass. The outcome is a style that has a high recognition value and is not only favored by celebrities like Milla Jovovich.

Wilfried Mayer

One of the few Viennese fashion designers who is specialized in men’s wear. Mayer studied at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, worked as a shoe designer in Milan and founded his own label in 2005. His often formally strict and ironically broken creations are of an urban internationality.
